Create and edit a Slider

Sliders are a popular way of presenting your main information or promotions on a website, allowing visitors to navigate to the main content pages to get details straightway.

Please Note: Udo needs to be up to date as of 2017-09-18
How to add a Slider
  1. Login to your Udo website admin
  2. Double click on the page you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Pencil/Design icon to view the block handles.
  4. Drag 'Slider' block into your Udo page builder, and drop into the dotted grey drop area (will highlight red when you are in the right spot) on the page where you what it.
  5. Initially, there are three slides showing.
  6. Drag Images, Heading and/or text blocks to each slide
How to add a slide
  1. Double click on the page you want to edit.
  2. Click on the Pencil/Design icon to view the block handles.
  3. Click Sliders, there are tabs on top of slides, the blue one is currently selected.
  4. Click the 'Add' button on the toolbar to add new slide
  5. The newly created slide is highlighted
  6. You are able to drag blocks into the slide
How to remove a slide
  1. Double click on the page you want to edit.
  2. Click on the Pencil/Design icon to view the block handles.
  3. Click Sliders, there are tabs on top of slides, the blue one is currently selected.
  4. Click a tab and the tab is highlighted (turns to blue). 
  5. Click the 'Remove' button on the toolbar to remove the currently selected slide. (You need minimum three slides to make slider work )

NOTE:
If the first slide was removed, the next slide is highlighted, otherwise, the previous slide is highlighted.

How to change order of slides
  1. Double click on the page you want to edit.
  2. Click on the Pencil/Design icon to view the block handles.
  3. Click the Sider you want to change.
  4. Drag the tab on top of slides to left or right to reorder.
